Our Made in the USA Oversplits training ladder is a great training aid in improving flexibilty, control and form.  The ladder is made of 2" steel Tubing with 1 1/2" Hardwood bars that are set at heights of 8", 18" and 24".  Included is a removable pad.  The base is 24" wide and very stable.
